Billie Andrews Samuelson is a second generation Licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Texas being preceded in the field by her daughter, Broker Alice Donahue Stuart. Born up the river road (U.S. 281) on her grandparents farm near Santa Maria, she grew up in Mercedes and Harlingen and has worked on South Padre since 1982, first in interiors at The Lemon Tree and with husband Arnold publishing ISLAND TIMES.

Billie relishes the challenge in real estate for evaluating the wishes and needs of prospective buyers/sellers and then being able to orchestrate a successful match for them among the properties available in the Texas Gulf Coast area.
