Evia

Evia_rendering.jpgRenew your belief in a traditional neighborhood that offers a blend of old Galveston architecture and the natural beauty of the island. Walk along the lakefronts and tree-lined streets to meet with your neighbors at the village center or sit on your front porch with a cold drink in the evening. Evia is a revival of the way Galveston used to be.

Evia has become one of Galveston Island's most thoughtful, responsible communities. The emphasis behind the use of extensive landscaping, greenspaces and walkways are integral to the creation of the community atmosphere, where neighbors can gather in the parks, walk along the lakefront and meet in the Village Center for an evening get-together

What makes Evia special?
  • Nestled behind the Galveston Seawall, Evia boasts three fresh-water lakes, a fresh-water wetland habitat and overlooks the Galveston Island Golf Course
  • Evia offers remarkable convenience for a vacation or primary home, located only 10 minutes for the interstate and 45 minutes from Houston’s Hobby Airport
  • No Stilts Required – live in a “new old house” built on a slab or crawl-space foundation
  • The homes, town cottages and bungalows, with grand porches, reflect Southern architectural charm from Historic Galveston, New Orleans, Charleston or Seaside
  • The Village Center and Green is the center of the community, perfect for morning coffee, an evening cocktail, a summer concert overlooking the lake or a dip in the Village Pool

Best New Development in Galveston. Close to Everything you want to do. Behind the seawall, yet 1.9 miles from real beach, not seawall! 200 yards to the bay. Right across from the 14 million dollar Moody Golf Course. Plus, it's a real community with parks, lakes, and fun things to do.
