Randall Davis has earned the titles of “Pioneer” and “Visionary” enhancing the Texas Skyline and Coastline with creative, adaptive reuse of historic buildings, and by constructing new Neoclassical Hi-rise structures. Davis introduced his loft concept of, “elegant living spaces for the affluent” in Houston starting in 1991. Since that time, Davis has developed the Dakota Lofts, Tribeca Lofts, Strand Lofts, Hogg Palace, Rice Hotel, and St. Germain. He was the first Developer in twelve years to offer new Hi-rise condominiums, with the Metropolis, followed by the Gotham, and Metropolis Las Vegas; all of which SOLD OUT prior to completion of construction. Other developments include the Renoir, the Manhattan, the Hotel Icon, and the Empire across from the Houston Galleria breaking ground in the next few weeks.
With an emphasis of bringing luxury Hi-rise living to the coastline of Texas, construction has begun in Galveston with the Emerald, which has already pre-sold 85% of its units after only 30 days into construction. These classic and contemporary developments have emerged from the insights of one man Randall Davis.
