Environmental Permitting Issues has delayed the project and now it appears to have made the completion of the project as it is currently designed not possible.
So the project's property looks to change ownership soon and a new use for the property will be developed. Perhaps multi-family, on the portion of the land that is not impacted by the wetland restrictions. |
